Sr. Infor HR Payroll Consultant (Cloudsuite/Lawson)- Nationwide
About the role
RPI Consultants is seeking a Senior Infor HR Payroll (Cloudsuite/Lawson) Consultant to join our growing team. This position is responsible for Infor HR Payroll upgrades, process improvement projects, and new business implementations. You will work as part of multi-disciplinary system implementation teams to improve customer use of Infor HR Payroll systems.
Responsibilities
- Experience implementing Infor HR Payroll, Cloudsuite (Lawson) Human Capital Management & Payroll Solutions: GHR and S3
- Experience interfacing with timekeeping system and/or managing time records
- Knowledge and experience to guide a client through payroll system planning and design, data conversions, testing cycles and go live
- Ability to understand and translate business process into the Infor system
- Experience with business process validation, system configuration, data conversions and migrations, system customization, testing, cutover planning & execution, go-live and end user support
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Must be a team player! RPI’s “team based approach” leverages multiple resources by specific areas of expertise towards accomplishing team goals
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience working with Infor Cloudsuite and Lawson Payroll modules as a Consulting partner representative
- 3+ completed full-cycle Infor HR Payroll implementations in Healthcare and/or Public Sector environments
Pay
Pay is commensurate with experience.
