Sr. Influencer Manager
About the role
Oats Overnight is looking for a Senior Influencer Manager to own our influencer program across brand, performance, affiliate, and retail. You’ll inherit momentum already in place and optimize it, challenge what’s not working, accelerate what is, and build an ecosystem that can quickly scale. You’ll manage agency relationships, build direct creator relationships, and build an affiliate program from the ground up. We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and an executor, understands the influencer landscape, and leverages data to select the right influencers, optimize creative, and evaluate performance.
Responsibilities
- Own omnichannel influencer strategy: Define and manage creator strategy across brand influencers, performance/CAC influencers for DTC, and retail support. Determine how each tier works, what it’s measured on, and budget allocation.
- Scale the program fast: Oversee contract negotiations, sourcing approvals, content approvals, and more to make influencer a leading muscle in our omnichannel marketing strategy.
- Build out affiliate: Partner to launch affiliate (homegrown or via platform). Lead recruiting, commission/incentive structures, tracking/attribution, link/code hygiene, payouts, and optimization. Includes TikTok Shop and Amazon.
- Build the performance side with rigor: Brief to a hypothesis, test hooks, review results, and reallocate budget toward what drives new customers at target CAC.
- Lead retail influencer initiatives: Build programs to drive trial and improve velocities for key initiatives and accounts.
- Leverage content across channels: Partner with growth, creative, and retention teams to repurpose top creator assets into paid social, email, SMS, Amazon, and on-site.
- Build a seeding program: Lead product and flavor launches on the creator side. Recommend and execute programs to drive excitement around monthly Flavors in Development (FID) and new products.
- Build the playbook and systems: Create briefing templates, contracts/usage rights, tiering/rate cards, gifting/seeding workflows, tooling/platform selection, tracking, and reporting.
- Manage budget and forecast: Own influencer and affiliate budget, allocate across brand and performance, and forecast program delivery as it scales.
- Ensure brand safety: Vet partners, manage disclosure/FTC compliance, keep claims accurate, and handle issues with judgment and speed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 4+ years in influencer, creator, or affiliate marketing — CPG, food, beverage, supplements, beauty, or adjacent DTC preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Managed direct relationships with creators and talent managers, negotiated rates/usage rights, and built renewing partnerships.
- Exceptionally organized: Managed dozens of partners, contracts, deliverables, and deadlines without slips. Operating excellence is essential.
- Comfortable building from scratch: Created process, built frameworks, and started initiatives that didn’t exist before.
- Analytically grounded: Comfortable using data to make cases or pivot direction.
- Native fluency in the creator landscape: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Leverages AI tools to drive efficiency and focus on human-centric work.
- A natural collaborator who influences without authority: Works well with channel leads, creative teams, and leadership.
- Handles competing priorities without drama. Thrives in fast environments and proactively identifies next steps.
- Partners and influences at all levels.
- Relentless drive to execute.
- Flexible, willing, and quick to learn new processes, technology, and ways of thinking.
Benefits
- Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k.
- Parental Leave.
- 4 weeks of paid time off.
- Weekly pay.
- Stock options: Every employee is an owner.
- Free, delicious oatmeal.
About the company
Oats Overnight is on a mission to build a generational CPG brand. Since 2016, our high-protein, drinkable oatmeal has reached over a million customers through direct-to-consumer, and we’re now scaling with major nationwide retail and club partners. Our goal is to become a household brand by leveraging speed, storytelling, and strategy. We are vertically integrated, developing, manufacturing, and fulfilling everything in-house, which allows us to engage customers directly in R&D—an initiative where we were first-to-market in CPG. This operational control makes our brand tangible: our factory, team, and product pipeline are all part of the narrative. Every teammate has equity because we’re building something big, and everyone plays an important role.

- High growth potential with opportunities to expand.
