Responsibilities
- Prepare federal and state/local income and franchise tax returns and supporting documentation including book/tax differences.
- Coordinate, gather, and analyze supporting data from internal and external resources to prepare tax returns and/or submit to third-party service providers.
- Prepare estimate tax payments, extensions, and cash tax forecasts.
- Prepare monthly, quarter-end, and year-end income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 and SOX mandates.
- Assist with the consolidation of worldwide income tax provision and related tax disclosures for public filings including Form 10-Q and Form 10-K.
- Respond to inquiries from federal, state, and local taxing authorities.
- Assist with fixed asset accounting including reconciliation of book/tax roll forwards.
- Research, interpret, and document federal and state/local tax issues through emails and formal memoranda.
- Support automation and data-related initiatives for income tax matters.
- Assist with tax planning and consulting opportunities including acquisition accounting.
- Assist with global transfer pricing compliance and reporting.
- May also assist with non-income tax matters as they arise.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of federal and/or state corporate income tax experience with a CPA firm or a corporate tax department.
- CPA or on path to CPA preferred.
- Strong skills in Federal and multi-state corporate income tax compliance and ASC 740.
- Must be proficient using ONESOURCE Income Tax and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Alteryx and Oracle is a plus.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
- Some jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures, and/or night and weekend work.

Pay
Base Pay Range: $98,573.00 - $135,537.60. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
