About the Role

Manage successful implementation of HealthStream software products. Analyze business needs to design project schedules and implementation plans that exceed client expectations. Ensure resolution of project issues and maintain documentation for stakeholders, team members, and clients. Mentor new and existing Implementation team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop implementation project plans and scope of work for each project.
• Manage software implementation projects and resources to ensure smooth transitions for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Review and execute technical services, training, and project management commitments according to contractual obligations.
• Identify software functionality to support client business objectives.
• Coordinate technical services, including data transfer and installation, between clients and HealthStream.
• Review hardware recommendations and coordinate software installation.
• Proactively escalate client or HealthStream-caused delays or resource needs beyond contractual commitments.
• Ensure effective training programs are planned and executed.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation; communicate status and concerns to stakeholders.
• Assist Senior Management in onboarding Implementation teams and formalizing documentation and procedures.
• Train new Implementation staff and provide ongoing support.
• Manage projects to align business goals with software solutions, driving process improvements.
• Leverage technical and business acumen to communicate effectively with clients.
• Manage project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Analyze and map data from existing systems to HealthStream databases.
• Perform data and business analysis; provide recommendations for data integrity and normalization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience leading software implementation projects; healthcare experience highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs (MS Project, Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Experience with web conferencing software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong project management, organization, and task management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; ability to influence others.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and track details.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple client relationships.
• Demonstrated affinity for technology and meticulous attention to detail.
• Professional poise and comfort leading discussions with decision-makers, end-users, and IT professionals.
• Ability to travel 40% of the time once travel resumes.
• Extensive phone and computer usage; ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $78,629 - $88,731, determined by the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
