Sr. Human Resources Transformation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a talented consultant to join our Workforce and Rewards team at Marsh as a Senior Human Resources Transformation (HRT) consultant. In Career, we help organizations shape and activate better workforce decisions with speed, confidence and impact. This role will lead HR transformation engagements that intentionally embed AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to accelerate value, improve decision-making, and modernize HR functions and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and client relationships.
• Generate revenue through new client development and expand relationships with mid-to-large organizations.
• Lead client conversations about how AI and automation can unlock value for HR and the workforce across the employee lifecycle, and business outcomes.
• Create solution proposals that combine HR strategy, technology, and AI-enabled capabilities; negotiate scope and execute contracts.
• Demonstrate and market expertise in HR transformation and AI enablement.
• Serve as a local market representative for Marsh in HR transformation, bringing together HR strategy, operating model design, digital employee experience, process redesign, technology enablement, and organizational adoption to drive conversations around the future of an AI-native HR function.
• Deliver client engagements end-to-end. Lead the delivery team for HR transformation engagements, with overall responsibility for ensuring the quality and value of all project deliverables.
