Sr. Human Resources Representative

We are partnering with a highly respected, privately held exploration & production company to identify an HR Manager to continue building, leading, and owning the entire local HR function. This role will work directly with the executive team, local leadership, and 400+ employees. Responsibilities

• Manage HR for 400+ employees
• Partner with field operations (pumpers, PEs, geo‑tech, safety)
• Lead local and college recruiting efforts
• Travel to Hobbs and other Permian sites as needed
• Support a growing HR team

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in oil & gas / energy sector

Pay

$150,000 - $200,000 per year
