Sr. Human Resources Manager - Top Secret Clearance with Security Clearance
Position Overview
The Sr. Human Resources Manager will support Space Systems Command Space Domain Awareness & Combat Power and Battle Management Command, Control & Communications. Essential Job Functions include providing executive level administrative support, office management, personnel management, human resources management, and configuration and data management. Duties also include conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, coordinating personnel and appraisal records, mail distribution, office support services, managing executive schedules, planning government travel from initial booking to reimbursement voucher completion (i.e., Defense Travel System), coordinating staff activities, arranging meetings, events, and conventions, and performing other clerical functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- TS Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 20 years of experience performing civilian and military personnel management and administrative operations support activities; including specifically the areas of: Civilian Human Resource Management, Military & Civilian Manpower Management, and Information Management/Operations Support within the government (military and/or civil servant), federally funded research and development center OR: Profit/non-profit government support/development contractor arena
- Five years of experience specifically in support of Air Force programs
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Defense Civ Personnel Data Sys, Customer Supp Unit App, Online Unit Manning Doc
Compensation / Salary Range
STI-TEC adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc. Salary Range $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 Annual Salary
