Sr. HRIS Architect (Workday) - REMOTE

About the role

This remote, US-based position leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery within the Real Estate & Construction industry. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve the global Workday platform, enhancing automation and user experience
• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as EIB and Workday Studio
• Create enterprise applications with Workday Extend that are user-friendly and visually appealing
• Build and manage Workday Orchestrations to automate business processes
• Govern Workday AI agents, ensuring they are managed securely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of Workday HRIS technical experience is preferred
• Proven expertise with Workday Integration technologies, including EIB, Studio, and Cloud Connect
• Strong experience developing applications using Workday Extend
• Knowledge of Workday AI capabilities and experience configuring AI Agents using ASOR

Pay

$97,725 – $162,875 annually
