Job Description
The Sr. HRIS Analyst/HRIS Analyst supports global enterprise HR technologies and applications. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, executing on data and analytics needs, providing guidance on projects requiring HR data involvement, HRIS configuration, process improvements, and reporting development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or related field, or commensurate experience
- Strong knowledge and background in HR Data and Analytics/Dashboarding
- Comprehensive Human Resources experience, including 3-5 years or 1-3 years in a Human Resources field
- Minimum 2-3 years or 1 year of Workday experience required
- Experience implementing and supporting HRIS applications, particularly Workday
- Experience with Workday integrations with ADP and other downstream systems
- Experience with self-service systems, workflows, and processes
- Experience in designing and delivering systems training
- Experience with HR master data and related support systems
- High proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications, especially Excel
- Experience working with spreadsheets and databases
- Experience with report writing and design
- Working knowledge of Workday HCM, concepts, and configuration
- Working knowledge of Workday Security, Talent, and Absence Tracking
- Advanced skill in working in Excel to manipulate and compare data from various systems
- Ability to evaluate new technologies/software and make appropriate recommendations
