Sr HR Manager HSS
About the role
You will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the overall HR strategy within the HSS GBE. You will report directly to our HR VP HSS, SME and US&C and you’ll work out of our Richardson, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing HR teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in a manufacturing or technology industry (preferred).
