Sr. GTM Engineer, Inbound

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. GTM Engineer, Inbound to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will focus on improving inbound lead response, qualification, and conversion through intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows. You will work closely with marketing, revenue operations, and sales stakeholders to streamline the lead lifecycle and improve buyer engagement across the digital journey. The position also supports data movement across the modern GTM stack, with an emphasis on measurable revenue impact and operational efficiency.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Speed up lead response through automation for inbound leads.
• Design and deploy AI agents for lead conversion and qualification.
• Personalize the buyer's journey using website integrations and content recommendations.
• Integrate and maintain the lead lifecycle stack across marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Automate workflows for content production and SEO optimization.
• Establish quality metrics for lead scoring and routing accuracy.
• Implement safeguards for customer-facing automation systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth/GTM marketing, revenue operations, or solutions engineering with hands-on automation/AI experience.
• Proven ability to design, build, and deploy AI agents and workflows that improve efficiency.
• Strong understanding of the modern GTM tech stack and data movement between tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for building integrations and workflows.
• Builder's instinct focused on revenue impact; skilled in funnel analysis and buying signals.
• Experience developing evaluation frameworks for AI systems is a plus.
• B2B/enterprise SaaS experience with awareness of compliance constraints in automation.

Pay

$132,000 – $182,000 annually
