Sr. Grant Accoutant
About the role
Under the direction of the Grants Management (GM) Supervisor, the Senior Grant Accountant will prepare financial reports and provide analysis for internal and external customers, including CFO, management staff, funders, grantors, and government agencies. The role also involves assisting with daily activities and special projects within the Grants Management Department.
Responsibilities
Financial Analysis, Reporting, and Compliance (45%)
Grant Accounting and General Ledger Oversight (30%)
Budget Development and Grant Lifecycle Management (15%)
Training, Collaboration, and Process Improvement (5%)
Audits, Research, and Special Projects (5%)
Job Specifications
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent required.
Experience: 6+ years’ work experience in Accounting or Finance specifically with preparation of financial statements, Comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Travel: Some travel/business related driving required for all staff, large divisional events, and specified meetings.
Work Schedule
This position is hybrid. Full time, typically M-F, regular business hours.
Work Environment
Standard office environment with moderate level of background noise. Combination of office and warehouse environments with moderate noise levels.

As a grant-funded Agency supporting Children and Family Services, CCRC conducts background checks commensurate with the role to verify candidate qualifications (criminal history, employment history / experience, education, reference checks) and ensure grant compliance.
Pay
Expected Semimonthly Salary $3,669.33
