Sr. Global HCLS ISV Partner Development Manager, HCLS Partner Team
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Global Partner Development Manager (PDM) to own the full partner relationship lifecycle for Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners across the Americas. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of cloud technology, healthcare innovation, and strategic partnerships, driving market expansion through co-sell motions, joint marketing campaigns, AWS Marketplace acceleration, and collaborative business planning with sales and industry teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit HCLS ISV partners in target segments such as digital health, life sciences, payer, provider, and biopharma through networking, industry events, and strategic outreach.
- Develop and maintain executive-level partner relationships through regular business reviews, technical engagement, and ongoing dialogue with partner leadership.
- Resolve partner escalations and coordinate across internal and customer teams to address complex challenges and maintain strong external partnerships.
- Evaluate partner capabilities, business models, and market alignment to determine fit with AWS partner programs and tiers, including APN Software Path progression from Validated to Differentiated status.
- Execute joint marketing campaigns with partners, including account-based marketing, to generate leads, build pipeline, and drive partner-led revenue through co-sell motions.
- Drive AWS Marketplace Private Offer (MPPO) volume and partner-driven AWS consumption growth while collaborating with Partner Marketing Managers on Joint Marketing Plans and MDF planning and execution.
- Promote the partner value proposition both internally and externally, coordinating cross-functional teams to secure resources and support for partner initiatives.
- Support partner sales opportunities through deal strategy, proposals, contract negotiations, funding, and customer presentations to close revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- 5+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
- Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with partner sales and/or alliance development in the software/technology industry.
