Sr Global FP&A Analyst
About the role
This highly visible role reports to the Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS), Sr. Manager, Global FP&A and will be responsible for providing broad analytical and financial support to the Global DFS organization. The successful candidate will be comfortable providing data insights to influence key cross-functional decision makers and strive to not accept the status-quo.
Responsibilities
- Develop management and reporting consolidation of forecast and actual variance results for both regional and global business unit P&Ls
- Strategize, develop, and create effective PowerPoint slides to communicate business results and the forecast to senior management, including the President, CFO, and corporate leaders within Dover
- Lead department level planning and analysis support for global functions
- Gather, test and scrub data sets for use in financial models
- Recommend and drive process improvements within FP&A to improve quality and efficiency of analysis
- Develop financial strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning
- Develop critical skills navigating ERP and Financial Consolidation platforms
- Develop and ensure strong relationships with global business units, regions and Dover Corporate
- Perform ad hoc analysis for executives as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA required
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting fields, preferably Big 4 background
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with AI tools in financial analyses
- Experience with Oracle a plus
- Experience with OneStream or similar financial consolidation and planning platform a plus

Pay and Schedule
