Sr Gen AI / AI Lead with AWS

Role Summary

Looking for a Senior GenAI / AI Lead with strong expertise in Amazon Bedrock and AWS architecture to design and lead enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The role involves building scalable GenAI architectures, AI data pipelines, and RAG-based systems while ensuring security, scalability, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore
• Arcitect multi-agent workflows, RAG systems, embeddings, and knowledge bases
• Build and manage AI data pipelines and ingestion workflows using AWS services
• Implement vector databases using OpenSearch or DynamoDB
• Design event-driven and microservices architectures on AWS
• Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and stakeholder guidance

Required Skills

• 8+ years of AWS cloud architecture experience
• Hands-on with Amazon Bedrock (Agents, AgentCore, Guardrails, Knowledge Bases)
• Strong knowledge of GenAI design patterns (RAG, prompt engineering, agent orchestration)
• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, Glue, Step Functions, EventBridge, IAM, and CloudWatch
• Solid background in data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data lake architectures

Preferred AWS Certifications

• Solutions Architect preferred

Technical Skills

• Python development experience
• Knowledge of vector search technologies and MLOps practices
