Gen AI Platform Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Gen AI Platform Lead with deep expertise in Agentic AI development, autonomous AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, LLM infrastructure, voice AI, speech-to-speech systems, speech-to-text pipelines, video generation, image generation, and enterprise AI platforms. The ideal candidate will lead development of advanced AI systems including digital employees, AI voice agents, conversational AI, workflow automation, real-time AI communication systems, and AI-powered multimedia platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced AI systems including digital employees, AI voice agents, conversational AI, workflow automation, real-time AI communication systems, and AI-powered multimedia platforms
• Develop and maintain LLM infrastructure, voice AI, speech-to-speech systems, speech-to-text pipelines, video generation, and image generation technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that meet business needs
• Contribute to the research and development of new AI technologies and methodologies
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI platform development and management
• Proven track record of leading complex AI projects from conception to deployment
• Experience with LLM infrastructure, voice AI, speech-to-speech systems, speech-to-text pipelines, video generation, and image generation technologies
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and autonomous AI systems
• Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms and their integration with other systems
• Experience with digital employee development and AI voice agent creation
• Understanding of conversational AI and workflow automation
• Experience with real-time AI communication systems and AI-powered multimedia platforms

Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools

Pay

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
