Sr Full Stack Java Developer

About the role

The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, with a strong background in Core Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Angular/Typescript/Node, HTML/CSS, Jersey, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, Unix/Shell Scripts, Docker, Memcache/Redis, and SAML. Experience with Magnolia (at least 3 years) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-impact projects.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features, while ensuring existing systems remain stable and performant.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and apply these to improve the development process and products.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering complex software solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., SCJP, PMP).

Skills

• Strong programming skills in multiple languages and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
