Sr. Full Stack Engineer - PHP

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications across frontend and backend systems
• Build scalable backend services and APIs
• Develop responsive and performant frontend interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
• Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices
• Mentor junior engineers as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks (React preferred)
• Experience with backend technologies such as Go, PHP, or similar languages
• Ability to design and build scalable systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring engineers
• Experience with modern web architecture and APIs
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $150,000-160,000 base salary
