About the role

The Senior Fulfillment Consultant plays a crucial role in driving new client growth and supporting ShipMonk's rapid expansion. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, this full-cycle closing role focuses on developing and executing strategies to secure new business opportunities for ShipMonk's portfolio of mid-market and enterprise merchants in the Apparel, Health & Beauty, and Supplements categories.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, delivering sharp, solution-oriented presentations that address each prospect's unique needs.
  • Negotiate service agreements confidently and close new business with urgency and professionalism.
  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and networking, working closely with a dedicated SDR team to maintain a full pipeline of qualified meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, establishing trust and credibility through consistent follow-up and problem-solving.
  • Master ShipMonk's services and solutions, presenting them effectively to demonstrate the value they bring to potential clients.
  • Stay updated on pricing, competitive landscape, and unique features of ShipMonk's platform to position the company as a go-to solution for clients' supply chain challenges.
  • Support the sales process with a dedicated SDR team, solutions team, and marketing initiatives designed to nurture and convert leads into clients.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales, business development, or account executive experience in the Fulfillment or Logistics industry.
  • A proven track record of developing leads and closing new business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in navigating CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • The ability to think analytically, negotiate service agreements, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong sense of business acumen.
  • A passion for success and a willingness to be onsite up to 5 days per week at a ShipMonk fulfillment center.
  • The ability to travel up to 25% of the time for property tours, client meetings, and site visits.

Pay

$350K OTE (Salary paid weekly, commissions paid monthly)

Schedule

Full-time, with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time.
