Sr Frontline Sales Representative
Job Summary
We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. The successful candidate will establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners, articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and generate sales through proper closing techniques.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with prospective and/or current owners.
- Communicate the benefits of Wyndham Destinations products and services.
- Initiate and close transactions based on prequalified leads.
- Attend ongoing and advanced sales and career training sessions.
Travel Requirements
No travel required outside of the home site’s area.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience (preferred, not required).
- Maintain production standards.
- Maintain the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or obtain one if not already held.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Training Requirements
Initial Paid Training covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
- Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality.
- General smart device skills.

- Compensation during the initial training period is $16.00 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, compensation is commission-based with a draw against the applicable minimum wage.
