About the role
The Crème Shop is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead and scale our financial planning and analysis function. This role will be a key strategic partner to executive leadership and department heads, driving financial rigor across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and long-range strategic planning cycles, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and alignment across functions
- Own all financial reporting processes including monthly and quarterly business reviews, management reporting, and board-level presentations
- Deliver detailed variance analyses and performance reporting with clear, data-driven narratives and strategic insights
- Collaborate with the executive team and department heads to develop financial strategies that support company objectives, growth initiatives, and cost optimization
- Oversee the development of financial models to support scenario planning, product pricing, business cases, margin improvement, and M&A analysis
- Champion process improvements and implementation of reporting automation tools to streamline forecasting, analysis, and reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers, providing recommendations to optimize results
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls; support audit readiness and documentation
- Coach and manage a growing FP&A team to support business scaling
- Act as a strategic finance advisor across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred
- 7–10+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, including experience in a leadership or people management role
- Korean-Bilingual required to communicate regularly with HQ
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required, strong proficiency with dashboards and scenario planning tools
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex financial data into business insights
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and business partnering skills
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, or beauty industries strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Pay
$130k - $140k (Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs, in compliance with California pay transparency requirements.)
