About the role
The Senior FP&A Manager will own and continuously improve the financial reporting routines, facilitating, communicating, and tracking the execution of annual and long-term financial plans. They will lead the budgeting and quarterly forecasting process in partnership with brand and platform leaders, and collaborate with enterprise/corporate Finance on consolidated reporting, platform financial analysis, and alignment with broader organizational priorities.
Responsibilities
- Owning and continuously improving the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting routines, delivering timely and accurate insight into financial performance and projections.
- Facilitating, communicating, and tracking the execution of annual and long-term financial plans.
- Leading the budgeting and quarterly forecasting process in partnership with brand and platform leaders.
- Mentor and develop a team of two financial analysts.
- Partner with business teams to develop and manage their budgets, providing guidance and accountability throughout the year.
- Collaborate with leadership in building, maintaining, and evolving best-in-class KPI tracking and reporting dashboards.
- Drive insights on operational efficiency and cost optimization across the organization, identifying opportunities to improve performance and margin.
- Analyze the impact of business strategies and initiatives, customer profitability and segmentation, and channel and brand profitability as they relate to company goals.
- Support the platform with financial analysis on new idea generation and "size the prize" exercises.
- Support demand and supply planning in coordination with business leaders.
- Drive growth and profitability through financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of two financial analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- CPA or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience; golf or consumer products industry experience preferred.
- 3+ years of management experience, including direct supervision and development of analysts.
- Proven ownership of a monthly close and reporting cycle in a multi-brand or multi-segment environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization.

Pay
Annual Salary: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00
