Sr.Financial Reporting &EMS Cost Syst Analyst

About the role

Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and management reporting for domestic and international manufacturing operations in compliance with US GAAP/IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Support cost accounting functions including standard costing, BOM review, WIP, inventory reconciliation, PPV, margin analysis, and variance reporting
• Maintain ERP data integrity and coordinate with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams across Oracle/SAP ERP, Portus, shop floor, and MRP systems
• Assist with consolidations of overseas subsidiaries, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls
• Identify business cost gaps, operational inefficiencies, and margin leakage, and support customer recovery initiatives through pricing, claims, or commercial reconciliations
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and process improvement projects using Advanced Excel

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance
