Sr. Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

This role is hybrid, based in Providence, RI, with 1-2 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support senior management in strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas of improvement; provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support for key business decisions.
• Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards using PowerBI to provide real-time financial insights to senior management.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing support to the FP&A team.
• Continuously improve financial processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex financial models.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior management.
• Experience with KPI development and monitoring.
• Proficiency in PowerBI for developing financial dashboards and reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability.

Pay

$85,000 - $110,000 per year
