About the role
Vantor is seeking a high-impact Sr. Financial Analyst to support our Enterprise Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role sits at the center of Sales Finance and is critical to driving financial clarity, forecasting accuracy, and data integrity across the Enterprise business.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end segment forecasting for Vantor’s Enterprise P&L, including revenue, COGS, and OPEX
- Partner directly with the sales team to model bookings, revenue conversion, and pipeline trends
- Manage expense forecasts, headcount planning, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts with scenario planning
- Prepare board- and executive-level financial reporting with clear narratives and insights
- Work closely with accounting, RevOps, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a finance role, preferably within a high-growth, data-driven company
- Preference for a consulting background focused on problem solving, advisement, and action with the energy and ambition to see results through to completion
- Strong financial modeling skills (monthly, weekly, annual planning cadence)
- Experience with forecasting and BVA analysis
- Advanced Excel required; experience with BI tools and financial systems preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools or automation workflows is a plus
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Passion for using financial insights to drive business performance

Pay
- Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions.
- The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $98,000.00 - $130,000.00 - $143,000.00 annually.
- The base pay for this position within New Jersey is: $98,000.00 - $130,000.00 - $143,000.00 annually.
- The base pay for this position within Delaware is: $98,000.00 - $130,000.00 - $143,000.00 annually.
- The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $107,000.00 - $143,000.00 - $157,300.00 annually.
- The base pay for this position within California is: $113,000.00 - $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually.
- For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
Performance Expectations
- Within 6 months, a successful hire will:
- Fully own the Enterprise GTM financial data environment
- Improve forecast clarity and accuracy
- Independently drive planning and BVA processes
- Provide reliable executive-ready materials
- Be capable of stepping in to cover core responsibilities of the Enterprise CFO when needed
