Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for practice-level operating, financial reporting, and forecasting solutions, identifying process improvements that drive efficiency and measurable business impact.
- Lead the budget variance analysis process, delivering clear insights and recommendations to practice and executive leadership.
- Develop, consolidate, and maintain annual budget and forecast models in partnership with operational leaders, incorporating historical trends, forward-looking assumptions, and predictive analysis to evaluate new initiatives.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators using established reporting systems; identify trends, risks, and variances requiring management attention.
- Partner with operations support teams to evaluate and model process improvement initiatives, including cost/benefit and scenario analysis.
- Prepare and present executive-ready reports and presentations highlighting practice performance, opportunities, and risks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage analytical and automation tools to analyze large datasets and enhance budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support the annual capital planning cycle, including development of cash flow, ROI, and payback models for strategic investments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related degree.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, with an emphasis on cash flow analysis and investment metrics (ROI, IRR, NPV).
- Excellent planning, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with financial and analytics tools such as Sage Intacct, Adaptive Insights, SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, and/or Tableau preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Pay
Salary range: USD80,000 - USD90,000 per year
