Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning activities by preparing budgets, forecasts, and outlooks that support business goals and operational priorities.
  • Absess potential expansion initiatives, including acquisition-related opportunities, by developing financial analyses and presenting actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver detailed ad hoc analysis to help business leaders evaluate performance, identify trends, and make informed operational decisions.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide financial guidance that strengthens both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Support marketing and sales functions with reporting, performance analysis, and financial insight tied to revenue and spending objectives.
  • Build and maintain financial models using quantitative analysis to evaluate scenarios, risks, and business outcomes.
  • Use business systems and reporting tools to gather, interpret, and present data for ongoing financial and operational review.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated strength in quantitative analysis and advanced financial modeling.
  • Solid knowledge of core accounting principles, financial reporting concepts, and business finance practices.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and broader financial planning activities.
  • Familiarity with accounting functions, auditing practices, and capital management concepts.
  • Proficiency with business systems and analytical tools such as CRM platforms, Confluence, Crystal Reports, or comparable applications.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets using sound data mining and reporting techniques to generate meaningful business insights.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CPA certification preferred but not required.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with financial software and tools.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
