Responsibilities

  • Develop pricing analyses for current and new products in collaboration with sales and business partners, and prepare clear recommendations for leadership review.
  • Monitor trade spending activities for owned brands, including tracking results, projecting future impact, and assessing return on investment.
  • Prepare and manage portions of the monthly financial reporting package, partnering across functions to ensure timely and accurate insight into business performance.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis to explain monthly results, identify key business drivers, and highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and decision support to senior leaders and department heads on a range of operational and strategic topics.
  • Build and refine segmentation and profitability models that improve visibility into product and business performance.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, operating plans, and financial models that support short- and long-term planning needs.
  • Review complex financial information and convert findings into concise, actionable guidance for management decision-making.
  • Build effective working relationships across sales, finance, and operational teams.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or food-related environment, along with exposure to business intelligence tools, is preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related FP& A work.
  • Strong capability in financial analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with large data sets and analytical models.
  • Solid understanding of core finance principles, reporting processes, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships across sales, finance, and operational teams.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or food-related environment, along with exposure to business intelligence tools, is preferred.
