Sr. Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain models to support strategic scenario planning, investments, and operational decisions.
• Perform detailed monthly actuals-vs-budget and prior-year variance analysis to identify risks and trends.
• Contribute heavily to the company-wide annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with cross-functional department heads to deliver actionable financial insights and drivers.
• Prepare performance dashboards and financial packages for the CFO, VP of Finance, and senior leadership.
• Support ongoing workflow improvements, leveraging business intelligence, automation, and AI tools.
• Execute deep-dive financial and operational projects to support evolving business priorities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a business-related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of dedicated experience in FP& A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.
• Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with proven experience manipulating large datasets and modeling.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Tech Stack (Plus): Exposure to ERP or BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Solution7, Excel, Copilot) is highly preferred.
• Industry Context (Plus): Experience or interest in SaaS, corporate technology, or private equity-backed environments.
