Sr Financial Analyst

About the Role
We're looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to support business decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. In this role, you'll play a key part in budgeting, performance tracking, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth — while serving as a trusted partner to internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning
- Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams — including Corporate Accounting & Finance and Operations & Services — to support business initiatives
- Conduct ad hoc analysis on key business drivers and KPIs
- Help prepare presentations for senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role (3+ years with an MBA)
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., Core) and/or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, or willingness to develop it
Nice to Have
- MBA, CFA, or CPA (or progress toward certification)
- Experience in the furniture, workplace solutions, or services industry
- Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools

Pay
Compensation range: $108,000 - $130,000/year. The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role with 3 days/week in office, based in Seattle.
