We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content exists. Must use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the posting. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Exceptional care starts with exceptional people..." maybe that's introductory prose; we can keep as

under maybe About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Thus we need to see if posting mentions Pay, Benefits, Schedule. I don't see any mention of pay, benefits, schedule. So we should NOT include those sections. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Possibly also "Education" etc but we map to these headings. We need to decide what content goes where. The posting includes: Intro paragraph: "Exceptional care starts with exceptional people. For us, this is more than a job– it’s a calling. It’s waking up each day, looking for ways to make a difference with a compassionate, inclusive and talented team. Ochsner empowers you to discover your passion, reach your potential, and Pursue Your Purpose. Exceptional care starts with exceptional people and teams. Together we are leading the way." Then: "This job is responsible for leading, coordinating, and participating in financial analysis, accounting, forecasting, and reporting activities. Independently organizes and manages both special projects and a routine workload. Leads, trains, and reviews work product of assigned departmental staff, acting as a trainer and an informational resource, as well as a guide in their professional development. Serves also as a direct resource to operational management on financial analysis and regulations." That's about role description. Could go under About the role. Then: "To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. This job description is a summary of the primary duties and responsibilities of the job and position. It is not intended to be a comprehensive or all-inclusive listing of duties and responsibilities. Contents are subject to change at the company's discretion." That's generic boilerplate; maybe we can drop as it's not substantive? It's somewhat generic but still part of description. However instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not exactly those categories; it's more generic job description disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate? Not sure. It says "The requirements listed below are representative..." It's part of the posting but not specific. Might be okay to keep? But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. This is somewhat generic but still part of posting. However we might consider it as part of About the role or maybe we can drop because it's not specific duties. The instruction says remove duplicated lines, but not necessarily this. I'd keep it as part of About the role maybe. Then education requirements: "Education Required - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, Business Administration, or Computer Science or related area Preferred - Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field" Work Experience Required: "3 years experience in healthcare finance or in a related field including two years of experience with project related, multi-task responsibilities with a professional staff, experience prioritizing, organizing and coordinating multiple work assignments under strict deadlines, often in a high pressure setting, experience working independently." Certifications Preferred: "Certification as a Public Accountant or actively testing for certification" Knowledge Skills And Abilities (KSAs): "Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process. Strong leadership skills" Then Job Duties list: bullet-like sentences. We need to map to sections. Probably:

About the role

Intro paragraph + the sentence about leading, coordinating...

Responsibilities

  • Supervises team's special project loads as assigned by management for internal and external consulting through financial reporting.
  • ... etc all duties.

Requirements

maybe combine Education, Work Experience, Certifications? Or separate Qualifications? The headings list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. We could put Education and Experience under Requirements, Certifications under Qualifications, KSAs under Skills. But we must not create sections with filler. Ensure each has content. Let's extract duties list: "Supervises team's special project loads as assigned by management for internal and external consulting through financial reporting." "Assists in the review of monthly financial statements for fluctuations in variable expenses, and identifies trends and makes recommendations to leadership." "Creates, generates, maintains, and monitors customer service surveys, employee morale surveys, performance management statistical reports, and global business services key indicators, graphs, and reports as well as individual project management logs." "Communicates information to team members and leadership to ensure accurate analysis and participates in quality assurance activities." "Ensures quality improvement by implementing professional standards, collecting and analyzing QA data, participating in interdisciplinary QA teams, and developing quality control measures through the effective use of sample audits." "Supports departmental goals and participates in activities for professional development." "Other related duties as required." "Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards." "This employer maintains and complies with its Compliance & Privacy Program and Standards of Conduct, including the immediate reporting of any known or suspected unethical or questionable behaviors or conduct; patient/employee safety, patient privacy, and/or other compliance-related concerns." We need to decide if some of these are boilerplate (like compliance). Might be considered part of responsibilities. Keep. Now Education/Experience/Certifications. Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, Business Administration, or Computer Science or related area Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Work Experience Required: 3 years experience in healthcare finance or in a related field including two years of experience with project related, multi-task responsibilities with a professional staff, experience prioritizing, organizing and coordinating multiple work assignments under strict deadlines, often in a high pressure setting, experience working independently. Certifications Preferred: Certification as a Public Accountant or actively testing for certification KSAs: Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process. Strong leadership skills Now we need to output HTML fragment only. We should not include any markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

We have not included Qualifications section separately; we used Requirements for education/experience/certifications, Skills for KSAs. Could also add Qualifications but we already covered. The instruction says use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It's okay to omit some if no content. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills. No Qualifications separate; we could move certifications to Qualifications. But we already have Requirements includes certifications; maybe better to split: Requirements = Education & Experience; Qualifications = Certifications; Skills = KSAs. Let's do that to follow the list. Thus:
