Sr. Financial Analyst
About the role
The Plant Senior Finance Analyst position provides financial expertise and support for the Plant Strategic Leadership Team, Plant Controller, and Corporate Supply Chain Finance. Key responsibilities include leading financial close processes, driving financial planning, managing cost savings programs, overseeing inventory and asset accounting, implementing governance and controls, and supporting process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute all phases of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closes, including preparing journal entries, accruals, detailed P&L variance analysis, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Drive the plant's financial planning by actively participating in Budget, LE (Latest Estimate), and MRE (Mid-Range Estimate) forecasts for P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Lead the plant's FTG (savings) program, providing financial evaluation for major cost reduction opportunities and analyzing production results to control material losses and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of Inventory and Fixed Asset accounting, reporting, and control, including managing cycle count processes, capitalization, and retirement activities.
- Implement and maintain robust SOX and internal control environments, ensure policy compliance, support plant audits, and manage related technical knowledge transfer.
- Support the Plant Controller in standardizing and implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and leading financial workstreams for the integration of acquired sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related finance fields.
- 5+ years experience in Accounting / Finance / Budgets and Planning.
- Advanced SAP / Google Sheets / Excel / Google Workspace skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- English proficiency. Additional languages preferred.
- Operational understanding of manufacturing / supply chain.
- History of plant based roles or short term assignments.
- Experience with change management initiatives - integrations of new businesses or acquisitions, system implementations, and organizational structures.

Benefits
Compensation: Salary Range $94,000.00 - $137,000.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
- Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Salary Range: $94,000.00 - $137,000.00 USD
