Sr. Financial Analyst

What You'll Do

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for assigned operating sites
  • Produce and analyze monthly financial performance, including variance analysis versus prior year, budget, and forecast
  • Provide direct business support to operating sites, including margin analysis, cost trends, productivity initiatives, and operational KPIs
  • Support global reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency in financial results and forecasts
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support operational decisions, cost actions, pricing discussions, and growth initiatives
  • Support capital project evaluation, including ROI analysis, post-investment tracking, and ongoing performance monitoring
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and other functional leaders to improve financial understanding and decision-making
  • Key partner in product pricing and manufacturing cost analysis, supporting Sales and Operations in annual updates to product price list and standard costs
  • Prepare and maintain management reporting and presentations for leadership and FP&A stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the broader FP&A team to develop, refine, and implement Enpro FP&A best practices, tools, and standard processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, standardization, and data quality across FP&A and site-level reporting
  • Work closely with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial results, forecasts, and operational insights

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, or a related analytical role
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a growth-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operating environment
  • Exposure to capital investment analysis and operational KPI reporting
  • Experience supporting global or multi-business unit organizations
  • Familiarity with OneStream or other financial planning tools
  • Experience leveraging SQL and business intelligence tools (such as PowerBI) to pull, transform, and analyze data from ERP, CRM, and data warehouse environments
