Sr. Financial Analyst

THE WORK YOU WILL DO

  • Collect, analyze, and report national, regional, and local economic data, including employment, population, household income, and real estate trends
  • Identify and document industry trends and company-specific factors relevant to valuation
  • Gather, review, and analyze data used to support valuation conclusions, including financial statements, tax returns, sales contracts, partnership agreements, economic data, appraisals, comparable transactions, budgets, and forecasts
  • Support the preparation of detailed and summary valuation reports, delivered in both written and verbal formats
  • Affort to organize findings into clear, defensible conclusions for client delivery
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including streamlining and automation of existing workflows

FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE

Work is performed onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday to encourage close collaboration and one-on-one learning with senior leadership and certified appraisers. Wednesday and Friday offer the flexibility to work remotely, allowing time for focused analysis while maintaining strong connection with the team.

REQUIREMENTS FOR FINANCIAL ANALYSTS

  • High level of proficiency in financial statement analysis, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies, missing items, or unusual trends in financial data
  • Advanced Excel skills including linking sheets, reorganizing data, and tracing formulas
  • Ability to follow detailed processes with accuracy and consistency
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to recognize patterns and think critically about financial information
  • Capacity to summarize findings in a clear, structured manner
  • Able to prepare professional questions, notes, and summaries
  • Native level of English fluency in speaking, writing, and reading

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in financial statement review, audit support, accounting, or tax
  • Familiarity with valuation concepts such as seller discretionary earnings, earnings before interest taxes depreciation and amortization, and nonrecurring adjustments
  • Experience supporting U.S. clients or working in a professional services environment

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a respected institution known for strong quantitative and financial reporting programs.
