Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated financial models that forecast theatrical film performance, tracking revenue streams and cost dynamics
- Maintain comprehensive domestic and international theatrical revenue and marketing forecast models
- Contribute to critical financial reporting processes, ensuring precision in monthly, quarterly, and annual planning
- Partner cross-functionally with Strategy, Distribution, and theatrical finance teams to generate actionable financial insights
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- 3+ years of experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Public accounting experience
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $72,600.00 - $117,100.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
