This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop tailored assessment and service solutions for customers
• Collaborate with teams to provide consultative sales guidance and prepare technical responses for proposals
• Cost and price managed services opportunities based on customer metrics
• Analyze technical and competitive factors to align with customer goals
• Maintain strategic relationships and act as a trusted advisor for business growth
• Increase influence within assigned territories through high customer engagement
• Act as a subject matter expert in managed services offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8 years in a technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role, or 12 years in a technical role
• Self-motivated professional with strong ownership and accountability skills
• In-depth industry knowledge in Managed Services, understanding of trends, regulations, and best practices
• Expertise in Networking, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Infrastructure technologies
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams to drive solutions and customer satisfaction
• Strong customer engagement skills with a focus on translating needs into technology solutions
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with experience designing scalable and secure architectures

Pay

$121,450 – $170,018 annually
