About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects from design through completion, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Oversee project teams and coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues
• Prepare and present project reports and progress updates
• Develop and maintain project documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience with sustainable building practices
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Project management software proficiency (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
