What You'll Do

  • Plan, implement, and manage critical factory operations projects focused on yield improvement, cost structure optimization, capacity expansion, and quality enhancements
  • Lead cross-functional coordination between construction, manufacturing, supply chain, production operations, quality, and engineering teams to deliver integrated project outcomes
  • Cook projects and facilitate required design reviews, readiness assessments, and gate checks to support smooth product launches and effective introduction of changes into production
  • Manage reporting of key operational metrics; synthesize data into clear insights and present findings, recommended actions, and risk assessments to executive leadership on a regular cadence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational programs, removing blockers and aligning stakeholders to maintain momentum during both steady-state operations and periods of significant change
  • Partner with engineering and quality teams to translate technical requirements into executable manufacturing plans and validate outcomes against targets, with unwavering focus on safety
  • Support ramp and scaling initiatives by identifying opportunities for improvement and orchestrating the necessary resources and process adjustments

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, manufacturing operations, or industrial engineering roles within large-scale, high-volume production environments (automotive, semiconductor, or similarly complex industries preferred)
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional programs involving construction, supply chain, production, quality, and engineering teams
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems at a detailed level
  • Experience managing projects that deliver measurable improvements in yield, capacity, quality, and cost
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment that requires both structured planning and rapid response to issues
  • Background in electric vehicle, battery, or heavy vehicle manufacturing
  • Experience with new product introductions (NPI) and production ramp activities
