There's no explicit application instructions besides maybe the benefits link? The link is part of benefits description; we can keep it as part of benefits? The instruction says "For more information on our benefits, please visit: ..." That's maybe considered boilerplate? It's a link to benefits info; might be considered part of benefits but could be considered navigation? Probably safe to keep as part of benefits description? However the rule: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The link is not exactly application instruction; it's more info. Might keep. We need to decide sections. We have: - About the role: could be the mission statement and description of impactful work? Possibly combine "At Thermo Fisher Scientific..." and "Discover Impactful Work:" as about the role. - Responsibilities: The "Discover Impactful Work:" paragraph and "A Day in the Life:" paragraphs are responsibilities. - Requirements: Could be "Keys to Success:" (education/experience) plus "Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:" maybe split into Requirements and Skills? But we have separate headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what to put where. We have: - Qualifications: maybe education/experience (Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years experience). Could be "Qualifications". - Skills: the list of abilities (Journeyman's Card, etc.) could be "Skills". - Requirements: maybe the legal authorization, background check, etc. Or the environmental conditions? Actually environmental conditions are more like Working Conditions. We have a section "Working Conditions and Environment" which could be under "Schedule"? No, schedule is separate. Could be "Work Schedule" (Mon-Fri) and "Environmental Conditions". The rule: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe "Working Conditions" could be part of Schedule? Not exactly. But we could incorporate environmental conditions into Schedule? Or maybe we create a "Working Conditions" section but not in the list? The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those headings only. So we should map content to those headings. Thus: - About the role: mission statement, location, onsite, relocation, legal auth, background check? Might be considered about the role. - Responsibilities: preventive maintenance, QC, team support, day-to-day activities, etc. - Requirements: maybe the legal authorization, background check, ability to pass drug screen, ability to lift 40 lbs, environmental conditions? But requirements often are qualifications. However we have separate Qualifications. - Qualifications: education/experience (Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years experience, equivalency). - Skills: the list of abilities (Journeyman's Card, etc.) plus computer skills, communication, etc. - Benefits: the Total Rewards package details. - Pay: hourly pay range $40-45, variable annual bonus. - Schedule: Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri). Also maybe mention fully onsite? Could be schedule. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft sections. First, About the role: combine location, onsite, relocation, legal auth, background check, mission statement. We'll write a

for prose. Second, Responsibilities: combine the "Discover Impactful Work:" paragraph and "A Day in the Life:" paragraph. Use

  • for list of duties? The paragraphs are prose; we could break into bullet points for clarity but must preserve all info. Could keep as

    but also could use

    • for each responsibility. The rule: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if we have a list, we should use
        • . The responsibilities are enumerated in sentences; we could convert each sentence to a
        • . That would be a list. That seems appropriate. Similarly for Requirements: we could list items: Must be legally authorized to work in US without sponsorship; Must be able to pass comprehensive background check including drug screening; Able to lift 40 lbs without assistance; Able to work in cold room/freezers -22F; Fluctuating temps hot/cold; Some degree of PPE required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.); Various outside weather conditions; Warehouse; Working at heights. Also maybe "Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri)"? That's schedule. But we also have environmental conditions list earlier: "Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C, Fluctuating Temps hot/cold, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Various outside weather conditions, Warehouse, Working at heights". That's essentially the same as above. We need to ensure we don't duplicate. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification; Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years); In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient. Skills: list: Journeyman's Card, State License and or (CFC) certification preferred; Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities; Strong problem-solving skills; Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other platforms; Effective oral and written communication skills; Effective negotiation skills; Basic understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, security, etc.); Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and/or light general construction may be required; Ability to effectively interact with outside vendors and internal customers; Positive attitude and ability to work well with others; Comfort with ambiguity and effectiveness during periods of uncertainty and change; May require knowledge and understanding of computerized maintenance and work order systems; May require a strong understanding of security systems. Also maybe "Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and
