Sr. Facilities Buyer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the procurement lifecycle for capital projects including forecasting facilities equipment, PVF electrical, automation, pipeline, and associated mechanical/electrical labor.
• This role takes full ownership of the supply chain cycle from RFP to final equipment delivery and project close-out.
• Responsible for overseeing vendor management, detailed tracking of equipment status, and managing various data sources.
• Responsible for assuring cost-effective, safe, timely, and quality operations, identifying problematic scenarios, and implementing preventative measures in the assigned categories.
• End-to-End Ownership: Own and manage the entire procurement process for assigned categories, from issuing the initial Request for Proposal (RFP) to ensuring final equipment delivery, and project close-out.
• Category Management: Act as the primary category manager for facilities equipment, PVF, and electrical/automation. Execute and develop sourcing
