Sr External Comms Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for press releases, media pitches, articles, and other external communication materials
• Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in external communications
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies
• Experience in managing media relations
• Effective in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• Master’s degree in Communications or related field preferred
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of digital and social media platforms
