Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality content for various channels, including press releases, social media posts, internal memos, newsletters, and byline articles. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all communications.
- Media Relations: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and journalists. Coordinate media inquiries and prepare materials for media outreach.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow Process Technology social media presence by developing engaging content and monitoring online interactions. Analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement.
- Internal Communications: Support internal communication initiatives by creating informative and engaging content for employees. Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote organizational changes and achievements.
- Event Support: Assist in the execution of Process Technology events, including product launches, trade shows, and community engagement activities. Develop promotional materials and ensure effective communication before, during, and after events.
- Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communications and public relations.
Qualifications
- Over 4 years of proven experience in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related role.
- Over 4 years with experience providing work in writing, editing, and verbal communication is a much for this role.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn postings and analytics tools.
- Able to convert complex language and content into Simple Communications.
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia content creation is a plus.
- Strong expertise in media relations and crisis communication to effectively manage the company’s public image.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies that enhance brand reputation.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent storytelling and content creation skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and stakeholders.
