We produce elevated dining and event experiences for a discerning client base, and we do it with a small, tight-knit team that takes pride in every detail. We're growing, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. The Role We're looking for a Senior Experience Coordinator to join our office team and work directly alongside our Director of Sales & Client Experience. This is a hands-on, client-facing coordination role for someone who knows the events and hospitality world, thrives on organized chaos, and can manage multiple moving pieces without losing the thread. You'll be the operational backbone of our client journey — from initial inquiry through execution — and a key reason our clients keep coming back. What You'll DoManage client communications and scheduling from first contact through post-event follow-upSupport proposal development and event planning logisticsCoordinate with vendors, venues, and on-site teams to ensure seamless executionMaintain and improve operational documentation and internal processesServe as a reliable backup resource for day-of logistics when neededHelp identify opportunities to improve the client experience at every touchpoint What We're Looking For3–5 years of experience in events, hospitality, catering, or a related client-facing roleSelf-directed and highly organized — you don't need to be told twice and you don't let things fall through the cracksStrong written and verbal communicator who represents a brand wellComfortable in a small company environment where you wear more than one hatBased in the New York/New Jersey area with the ability to be present in the field for events when needed Compensation & DetailsSalary: $50,000–$65,000 depending on experienceFull-time, primarily remote with local availability for events as neededCollaborative, small team environment with real ownership of your work
