Sr Estimator

Responsibilities

• Handle estimates with minimal supervision from management.
• Prepare cost estimates for commercial proposals by collaborating with engineering, production, procurement, subcontracts, human resources, and operations groups.
• Manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
• Measure remit and responsibilities through existing Gate Reviews and annual performance reviews.

Qualifications

• College or University Diploma, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, typically 10 years since first degree and 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 5 - 10+ years in an Estimating role.
• Professional degree: Required BS in industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
