About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Estimator with 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience. The ideal candidate will be an advanced user of technology for estimating job cost and scheduling programs, with experience in commercial new construction, re-roofs, maintenance, and repairs. Projects include stadiums, retail, and municipalities.

Responsibilities

• Estimate job costs for commercial roofing projects using advanced technology tools.
• Work on a variety of projects including new construction, re-roofs, maintenance, and repairs.
• Collaborate on high-profile projects such as stadiums, retail centers, and municipal buildings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Proficiency in technology for estimating job cost and scheduling programs (EDGE experience is a plus but not required).
• Experience with roofing products including PVC, TPO, Modified, Sheet Metal, and Metal Wall Panels.

Pay

$90,000–$115,000 base salary (depending on experience) plus annual bonuses, car allowance, 401k, and benefits.
