Title: Sr. ERP Developer (PeopleSoft, HCM, FCM) Location: Hendersen, Las Vegas (100% remote OK) Duration: 6 Month Contract (Likely to be extended) Compensation: $75-82hr Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. (No C2C) Job Description Sr. ERP Developer (PeopleSoft, HCM, FCM) TASKS:Provide day-to-day support of the client’s HCM and FCM PeopleSoft applications and customizations.Develop and maintain PeopleSoft application functionality—including analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance.Provide weekly status updates on assigned tasks and support tickets.REQUIRED SKILLSFour (4) years of experience in design, implementation, and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.Experience working with PL/SQL tools and PeopleTools, including Application Designer, query development, BI Publisher, and SQR/SQC.HCM and FCM PeopleSoft applications and customizations DESIRED SKILLSKnowledge of ERP system principlesERP system administrationERP database structure, installation, design, access, extraction, storage, security, and recovery proceduresProblem identification, tracking, and vendor supportDatabase, application, and server systems analysisUnderstanding of functional connections and integration touch points within and between ERP systemsBusiness process mappingPrinciples of finance and human resource management processesData collection and classification proceduresNotification processesAutomated governmental security requirementsLeadership, project management, training, and general business administrationUnderstanding of federal, state, and local confidentiality regulations Work ScheduleOn-site or 100% remoteMonday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST38-hour work week (9.5 hours/day with a 0.5-hour unpaid lunch = 10-hour workdays)Must pass a criminal background check (including LiveScan) before starting typically takes 1-2+ months to clear.Benefits Package Includes:Comprehensive medical benefitsCompetitive pay401(k)Retirement plan…and much more!About INSPYR Solutions Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
