We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Position Summary" and "Essential Functions & Responsibilities", "Minimum Qualifications", "Minimum Qualifications", "Skills & Knowledge", "Preferred Qualifications", "Core Values — Minimum Qualifications"? Actually core values are listed after certifications/licenses. We need to include sections only if they have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do not include boilerplate like EEO, At-Will, etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove "Physical Requirements & Working Conditions"? That's substantive? It includes physical requirements. Should we include? It's not a standard heading list but we can include if content present. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should prefer those. However we can include other headings if needed. But we should avoid creating sections like "Physical Requirements & Working Conditions" unless it's substantive. It is substantive. But the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine into "Requirements" or "Qualifications". However we have Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge, Preferred Qualifications, Core Values. Could combine into Qualifications and Skills. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can't lose details. We can keep separate sections as they are substantive. The instruction says use those example headings but not limited to them. It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use those exact headings or similar. Probably best to map content to those headings: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (Essential Functions & Responsibilities), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications), Skills (Skills & Knowledge), Preferred Qualifications (maybe under Skills or separate), Benefits (none), Pay (Salary Range), Schedule (Core hours). Also we have Core Values; could be under Requirements? Might be its own section but not in list; but we could omit if we prefer few sections. However core values are substantive; we could include as a section "Core Values". The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. So we can include Core Values as its own heading. We must not include boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employment Statement, At-Will Employment & Disclaimer, etc. Also remove "Physical Requirements & Working Conditions"? Could be part of Requirements or maybe we include as a subsection under Requirements. But we need to preserve that info. Could add a

under Requirements. We also need to not repeat job title. No need. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: About Blue Current: description of company. That's not about the role but could be included as "About the Company". However instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. Could we include "About the Company"? Not in list but maybe okay. However they said "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings but we should prefer those. The company description is substantive; we could put under "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is for role summary. The company description could be placed as a

before headings, but they said do not repeat job title as heading. It's okay to have introductory paragraph. We need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include company description somewhere. Could be a

before first heading. Now sections: - About the role (Position Summary): includes paragraphs about role, reporting to VP, responsibilities overview. We'll put that as

    About the role

    then

... maybe multiple paragraphs. - Responsibilities (Essential Functions & Responsibilities): includes sub-sections Technical Execution, Equipment Documentation & Troubleshooting, Controlled Environment Equipment. We could keep as

    • each bullet? The content is paragraphs with bullet-like sentences. We'll convert each sentence or clause into
    • . Better to keep as
      • for each duty. We need to preserve all info; we can break into list items. - Requirements (Minimum Qualifications): includes Education, Experience, Skills & Knowledge (but we have separate Skills section). Actually Minimum Qualifications includes Education, Experience, Skills & Knowledge (some overlapping). We'll separate: Requirements for Education and Experience; Skills for Skills & Knowledge; Preferred Qualifications separate. But we have also "Skills & Knowledge" heading in original. We'll make a section Skills. - Preferred Qualifications: list. - Core Values: list of values with descriptions. - Pay: Salary Range. - Schedule: Core hours are adaptable, though increased availability may be required during peak periods. Occasional work in confined spaces or at heights. Also physical requirements? Could combine physical requirements under Schedule or Requirements. We'll put Schedule section with core hours and physical requirements. - Benefits: none stated, so omit. Now we need to remove boilerplate: Equal Opportunity Employment Statement, At-Will Employment & Disclaimer, etc. Also remove "Physical Requirements & Working Conditions" as separate heading if we incorporate into Schedule. Also remove "Certifications / Licenses N/A". That's not substantive; we can drop. Also remove "Core Values — Minimum Qualifications" heading? Actually original had "Core Values — Minimum Qualifications" then list of values. We'll treat as Core Values section. Now craft HTML. Let's write:

        About Blue Current ...

        About the role

Blue Current is seeking a skilled Senior Equipment Engineer to support the development, qualification, and operation improvement of manufacturing equipment for our solid-state battery manufacturing pilot line. This role is central to translating cutting-edge battery chemistry into reliable, repeatable production processes by ensuring that equipment performs consistently and reliably. Reporting to the VP of Cell Engineering, the Senior Equipment Engineer will be responsible for processes involving equipment design, build-out, procurement, and optimization. This role will also be responsible for the continuous improvement and quality maintenance of critical battery manufacturing equipment, spanning electrode processing, cell assembly, and dry room systems. You will work closely with process engineers, scientists, and technicians to understand process requirements, translate them into equipment specifications, and drive performance improvements through data and hands-on engagement. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with precision manufacturing equipment in a battery, semiconductor, solar, fuel cell or advanced materials environment, combined with a systematic, safety-first mindset and the drive to solve complex equipment challenges in a fast-paced startup setting. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who will leverage in-depth, wide-ranging experience to own complex equipment issues and guide continuous improvement initiatives across multiple systems. The Senior Equipment Engineer will work closely with process and equipment owners on the Advanced Manufacturing team, as well as a diverse set of stakeholders on the facilities, Cell Engineering, and R&D teams.

        Responsibilities

        • Drive equipment engineering projects including equipment upgrades, modifications, and capability expansions in response to evolving process and production requirements
        • Evaluate, specify, and recommend new equipment technologies aligned with the company's manufacturing roadmap
        • Design, install, and commission battery manufacturing equipment in coordination with Advanced Manufacturing, Facilities, Cell Engineering, and relevant R&D team members
        • Identify and execute bespoke equipment modifications as needed to improve equipment performance
        • Coordinate with equipment vendors on factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT) activities
        • Ensure all equipment is properly integrated with facility infrastructure including dry room systems, utilities, and environmental monitoring
        • Identify common sources of process variation and propose improvements to enhance consistency
        • Own equipment documentation including user manuals, work instructions, maintenance schedules and procedures, calibration protocols, and qualification records
