Sr. Enterprise Architect, Agentforce Supply Chain

About the role

Senior Enterprise Architects work directly with customers, owning end-to-end integration strategy and delivery for complex Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations. They design and build enterprise-grade integration solutions, take them to production, and solve real-world problems at the largest scale.

Responsibilities

• Architecting API-led connectivity strategies
• Designing agentic data pipelines
• Sitting across from a customer's executive team to set their AI integration roadmap
• Shipping real solutions into the heart of a customer's enterprise

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, CRM)
• A strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape
• A strong foundation in integration architecture principles
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and Generative AI architecture in enterprise settings
• Understanding of risk mitigation, compliance, and security in enterprise software contexts

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in Enterprise architecture or solution engineering, with 2+ years dedicated to enterprise architecture in a customer-facing role
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and Generative AI architecture in enterprise settings
• Understanding of risk mitigation, compliance, and security in enterprise software contexts

Skills

• Engineering mindset focused on delivering production integration solutions with Agentforce and enterprise core systems
• Solving real supply chain and manufacturing problems, not theoretical architectures
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives
• Comfort working in dynamic customer environments with evolving requirements and direct iteration with users
