About the role
EPS is seeking a dedicated Senior Electrical Program Manager to join EPS Corporation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline
- Ten (10) years of senior leadership and management experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs
Requirements
- Capability to lead project development from inception to deployment
- Expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms
- Demonstrated capability in managing multiple tasks of various types and complexity
- Management of software, hardware, and providing technical direction of multiple complex projects to project personnel
- Responsibility for all aspects of performance and the overall direction of all project activities and personnel
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers
- Demonstrated technical experience with complex hardware or software programs, including Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), prototyping, and/or communication systems
