SR ENGINEERING PROGRAM MANAGER

About the role

EPS is seeking a dedicated Senior Electrical Program Manager to join EPS Corporation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline
• Ten (10) years of senior leadership and management experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs

Requirements

• Capability to lead project development from inception to deployment
• Expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms
• Demonstrated capability in managing multiple tasks of various types and complexity
• Management of software, hardware, and providing technical direction of multiple complex projects to project personnel
• Responsibility for all aspects of performance and the overall direction of all project activities and personnel
• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers
• Demonstrated technical experience with complex hardware or software programs, including Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), prototyping, and/or communication systems
