Sr Engineering Manager, AI Enablement

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of a central AI Platform focused on Agentic AI, MCP, and A2A frameworks
- Partner with Product and Business leaders to translate priorities into scalable AI solutions and measurable outcomes
- Build reusable AI capabilities, orchestration frameworks, and developer platforms to drive adoption across teams
- Establish standards, governance, and guidelines for responsible and scalable AI development
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing AI engineering team with a strong execution culture
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience with strong leadership in building platform teams
- Proven experience in designing and delivering AI/ML or Generative AI platforms at scale
- Deep understanding of Agentic AI systems, including orchestration, tool usage, memory, and multi-agent collaboration (A2A)
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt orchestration, and evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with MCP or similar tool/agent integration frameworks and building reusable AI components
- Strong system design skills across distributed systems, APIs, and scalable platform architectures
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern data/AI infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Product and Business leaders to shape strategy and deliver outcomes
- Strong execution perspective with a track record of taking ambiguous AI initiatives to production
- Experience building and leading high-performing, fast-moving engineering teams
- Able to operate effectively in a matrix organization and influence without authority
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align senior partners on AI strategy and investments
- Passion for staying at the forefront of AI innovation and applying it to real-world business problems

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $160,200 -- $320,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
